About Skill+ Tutors: Educator-Founded 1-on-1 Mentorship in Pune
Founded by subject-matter educators to bridge the gap between school classroom teaching and competitive exam clarity.
Our Origin & Educational Mission
Skill+ Tutors (SkillPlus Tutors) was founded in 2020 by a group of subject-matter teachers who observed that many capable Class 8–12 students fall behind in large 60-student coaching batches.
From our administrative office at Office 205, Saptrang Akash, Hadapsar, Pune - 412308, we coordinate individualized 1-on-1 home tuition across East Pune and interactive live online classes for students preparing for CBSE, ICSE, SSC, HSC, IB, IGCSE, NEET UG, and IIT-JEE.
Three-Stage Tutor Verification & Matching Protocol
Every educator in our network undergoes a structured onboarding review before being introduced to a family for a home demonstration session:
- check_circleAcademic Credential & Subject Mastery Review: Verification of university degrees and written/oral evaluation in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, or Biology.
- check_circleIdentity & Address Documentation: Government photo ID and local residential address verification maintained by our Hadapsar administration.
- check_circleSyllabus & Commute Alignment: Matching tutors who live or commute reliably along the student’s specific East Pune road corridor.
